THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE DETAILS

More than a listing.
A destination.

A name and a phone number tell people you exist. A considered website gives them a reason to choose you.

04 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

Hi, I’m Kyle.
Your point person.

Good design starts with listening.

My background in education and leadership shaped how I work: clear communication, thoughtful planning, and attention to the people on the other side of the conversation.

I’m bringing that approach to independent website design for local businesses across Southern Maine and the New Hampshire Seacoast. You work directly with me, from the first conversation to the final handoff.

WEB DESIGN CLOSE TO HOME

Small-business web design for Southern Maine & the NH Seacoast.

Southern Maine

Website design for restaurants, trades and service businesses across York and Cumberland counties, including Kennebunk, Wells, York, Biddeford and Portland. Give customers a clear way to find your services, view your menu or get in touch on their phone.

New Hampshire Seacoast

Serving small businesses in Portsmouth, Dover, Hampton and the surrounding Seacoast communities. Work directly with Kyle on a focused website design, launched for you or handed off as files, with optional paid help when you need it.

The $1,000 Launched package puts your site live on your own domain, and the $750 handoff gives you the finished files and written instructions. Neither requires a maintenance subscription.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Is there a required monthly fee?

No maintenance subscription is required. You pay your domain and any paid services directly, and the Launched package uses free hosting in your name. Optional updates are $100 per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum and an estimate approved first.

What’s the difference between Launched and the handoff?

Launched ($1,000) includes publishing your site on free hosting set up in your name, connecting your domain and contact form, and adding the site to your Google Business Profile. The handoff ($750) is the finished files and written instructions, for owners who already have someone to publish it.

What happens after handoff?

Corrections for defects in the delivered work are included for 30 days. New content, additional revisions and feature requests are paid work. You may use another provider for ongoing support.

Can you work with my existing website?

Yes. We’ll first look at your current platform, access, content and goals to decide whether a refresh or a new build makes more sense.

Will I own my website?

You receive the website source files, included assets and handoff instructions. The written scope identifies ownership and any third-party licenses. Your domain, hosting and business accounts remain under your control. Some changes may require technical help; the ZIP is not a drag-and-drop editor.

Do I need professional photos?

Real business photos are a great starting point. We’ll review what you have and discuss any photography or properly licensed imagery the project needs.

Can you guarantee a Google ranking?

No. Search-friendly structure is a useful foundation, but rankings, traffic and sales are not guaranteed. Any ongoing SEO work needs a separate, clearly defined scope.
